Can I book exterior only?

Yes, and it’s a popular choice, especially seasonally. Inside and out together is what most people go for when they’re preparing a home for sale.

Do you clean screens?

Screens are cleaned and refitted as part of the service. We do not repair or replace damaged ones, but we will always point out any damage we find.

What about upper floors?

That depends on your property and whether those windows can be reached safely. We will confirm what is possible when we scope the job. If something is not, we will say so.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll get in touch and find you another day. Cleaning windows just ahead of bad weather isn’t a fair use of your money.
