Standard Home Cleaning
Standard cleaning is maintenance. It keeps a home that is already in reasonable shape from slipping, and it covers the rooms and surfaces that need attention most often.
The scope is agreed before the first visit and stays the same each time, so you know what is being done and we know what to check before we leave.

What is included
A summary of the scope. Your confirmed scope is agreed before the service and is what we work to.
- Kitchens: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts
- Bathrooms: sinks, counters, toilets, tubs, showers and mirrors
- Bedrooms and living areas: surfaces dusted and tidied
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, ledges and fixtures
- Vacuuming of carpets and rugs
- Hard floor cleaning appropriate to the surface
- Bins emptied and liners replaced
Standard cleaning does not include the detailed work covered by a deep clean. If a home has not been cleaned professionally for a while, we will usually suggest starting with a deep clean and moving to standard service afterwards.
